Other Remarks: Dr. Lam’s lab reminds me a lot of happy moments. I remember the days when Dr. Lam and Dr. Lam’s lab students were having lunch together. Dr. Lam shared his unique and sound arguments on both social and scientific issues. Inside the lab, people not only were working hard days and nights, but also entertained each other with tons of interesting stories or gossips. Also, Dr. Lam lab displayed high tolerance towards innocent and unproductive undergraduate students. I believe his philosophy of teaching inspire many students like me who finds research interesting and engaging.
